This class will explore what emotions are and how habitual patterns of emotion and mood are created in the body. We will also look at the importance of gut health. The use of essential oils and why they are so effective will also be discussed. Other natural solutions, including sleep and nutrition, will also be addressed. Lori Rothschild is a Platinum doTERRA Wellness Advocate with an interest in creating emotional health and wellbeing utilizing essential oils. She has a family to experiment with, which includes four grown children and a husband. She holds a Ph D from the University of Pittsburgh in Developmental Psychology. Her hobbies include yoga, gardening, reading and traveling. This is a free class but please RSVP so I know you are coming! Seating is limited so RSVP soon!
